The Marijuana Justice Act Can End Federal Prohibition

Sen. Cory Booker introduced a bill this week that will remove marijuana from the list of the U.S controlled substance list and will make it legally on a federal level. However, states will still implement their own laws and regulations for marijuana. The law will also provide funding as incentives for states where marijuana is still illegal.
