Los Angeles, CA – April 29, 2018 – The Association of Cannabis Professionals, the southern California business network that promotes reasonable regulation of marijuana on the municipal level, has secured a key cooperative agreement with BudTrader.com.
The BudTrader ™Alliance is an evolving group of like-minded associations, networks and companies in the legal cannabis space across 29 states and Washington DC that have some form of legal cannabis. BudTrader.com and its sister publication TheMarijuanaJournal.com provide advertising, sponsorship, job listings and data management for BudTrader™ Alliance members.
Announcement of the BudTrader ™Alliance comes on the heels of the April 20 BudTrader Ball 2018 -- a premiere black tie networking event gathering together celebrities, athletes, cannabis entrepreneurs, rappers and musicians as marijuana investors, pot business owners and high-level politicians. Attendees at the BudTrader Ball 2018 included US congressman Dana Rohrbacher, Culver City Mayor Jeffrey Cooper, as well as 450 other notables. Prior to the event BudTrader CEO Brad McClaughlin also met privately with former President of Mexico Vincente Fox in preparation for his CanaMexico World Conference starting May 30th.
“We provide the simplicity of a central information hub for marijuana businesses in the fields of Legal, Scientific, Technology, Employment and Health Advocacy” says Association of Cannabis Professionals Dalin Young. “The BudTrader ™Alliance gives us marketing and advertising options for thousands of cannabis professionals. Like our Association, the Alliance is a no-brainer.”
“BudTrader is always working to bring our 1 million registered users into supply chain compliance on cannabis,” says BudTrader.com President Brad McLaughlin. “We need more cooperation with professional associations to make it easy to get legit in California…there’s just too much confusion out there”
The Association of Cannabis Professionals has a mission to empower the cannabis industry, advocates and patients through proper organizing both in business and politics. Individual memberships start at $100 annually.
